Ginger-Soy Marinated Halibut |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar |
2 cups soy sauce |
1 roasted jalapeno, peeled, deseeded, diced |
1 cup chopped cilantro |
2 teaspoons chopped ginger |
2 teaspoons chopped lemon grass |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons ground black pepper |
4 (6-ounce) halibut fillets |
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients. Let halibut fillets marinate for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Remove halibut from marinade and pat dry with paper toweling. On a hot grill, cook halibut on both sides until thoroughly cooked. Remove from grill and serve. |
