Ginger Soy Dressing

From the Great American Brand Name cookbook. Haven't tried this one yet.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup v 8 vegetable juice
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon dry sherry
Directions:
1. In covered jar, combine all ingredients. Shake until well blended. Cover; refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours.
2. When ready to use, shake again. Serve over salad greens or pasta salads.
