A batter use to made brandy fried chicken. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1/2 cup cornstarch |
1 egg, beaten |
1 tablespoon brandy |
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger powder |
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon sugar |
ice water |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl mix together the first eight items and slowly add water. Use your hand blend together and add water until it a light batter and coat your hand. |
