So easy ginger snaps cookies.Suitable for all occasions.. Ingredients:
2 tsp baking soda |
2 cups flour |
1 1/2 tsp ground ginger |
1 tsp ground cinnamon |
3/4 cup butter, softened |
1 cup caster sugar |
4 tbsp molasses |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Sift all dry ingredients together. Beat butter and sugar till creamy, add molasses, egg and the sifted ingredients. Mix until dough forms. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll dough into 2cm balls, without flattening them. Roll the balls in caster sugar and bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes. |
