Ginger-Sesame Vinaigrette |

Toss with salad greens or rice noodles, or use it as a dipping sauce for pot stickers or spring rolls. It's a good marinade too. I love it! Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup yellow miso |
1/4 cup green onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons ginger, minced peeled fresh |
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce |
4 teaspoons canola oil |
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk until smooth. Stir in green onions and the remaining ingredients. |
