Directions:
1. Saute 2. T. minced ginger 3. scallions, sliced 4. t. toasted sesame oil 5. over med heat for 1 minute 6. c. dry rice 7. /4 c. water 8. t. kosher salt 9. Add rice and stir to coat, then add water and salt. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low and simmer until tender, about 20 min. Remove from heat; let rest 5 min. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds 10. tsp. sesame seeds |
