3 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
3 tablespoons rice vinegar or white wine vinegar |
1 (1 1/2-inch) piece fresh ginger, grated (about 1 tablespoon) |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
1/4 cup canola or grapeseed oil |
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil |
Directions:
