From Wine Lover's Healthy Weight-Loss Plan Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
1 -2 garlic clove, crushed |
1 tablespoon grated ginger |
1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut on the diagonal into 2-in pieces |
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce |
sea salt |
fresh ground black pepper |
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in nonstick skilled. Add garlic and ginger. Stirfry for 15 seconds. 2. Add asparagus and stir-fry until crisp tender, about 4 minutes Add hoisin and toss until coated, about 1 minute. 3. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with sesame seeds. Serve. |
