Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 -2 garlic clove, crushed
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut on the diagonal into 2-in pieces
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
sea salt
fresh ground black pepper
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Heat oil in nonstick skilled. Add garlic and ginger. Stirfry for 15 seconds.
2. Add asparagus and stir-fry until crisp tender, about 4 minutes Add hoisin and toss until coated, about 1 minute.
3. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with sesame seeds. Serve.
