Ginger Sauce for Vegetables |

Overall, the only vegetables I like are those that are bathing in butter or covered in cheese. I discovered this recipe at a friend's house when it was served over some zucchini and caramelized onions. I do believe that I have finally found the answer to fat-laden vegetables in this sauce. Ingredients:
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar |
Directions:
1. Finely chop onion. 2. Mince garlic. 3. Combine all ingredients and blend. 4. Can be refrigerated for later use. |
