Salmon is my favourite fish. This is an easy recipe, it's quick for the weekday meal and it has lots of flavour. Ingredients:
4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets |
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened |
2 teaspoons soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
8 slices limes (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix butter, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a bowl. 2. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. 3. Add salmon and dot with half the butter mixture. 4. Cook about 5 minutes or until browned on one side. 5. Turn, dot with remaining butter and cook another 4-5 minutes until salmon flakes easily. 6. Garnish with lime slices. |
