I've carried this yellowed recipe around for almost 20 yrs.It is awesome.I like to add chopped cilantro.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup peanut oil
2 tbls.rice wine vinegar
2 tbls.water
1 tbls.finely chopped ginger
1 tbls.finely chopped celery
1 tbls.soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp.tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp.sugar
1 tsp.lemon juice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until almost smooth.Chill any left over dressing.
