I've carried this yellowed recipe around for almost 20 yrs.It is awesome.I like to add chopped cilantro. Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1/4 cup peanut oil |
2 tbls.rice wine vinegar |
2 tbls.water |
1 tbls.finely chopped ginger |
1 tbls.finely chopped celery |
1 tbls.soy sauce |
1 1/2 tsp.tomato paste |
1 1/2 tsp.sugar |
1 tsp.lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until almost smooth.Chill any left over dressing. |
