Ingredients:
4 ounces thinly sliced pork
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 tablespoon cooking oil
Directions:
1. Cut the pork into bite sized pieces.
2. Marinate in soy sauce and ginger.
3. Cook pork slices in the oil over high heat.
