This dish is a simple augmentation on stove-top ramen nudles. Ingredients:
1 stove top ramen nudles |
1/2 onion |
small ammount mushroom (whatever type you prefer) |
plum sause |
some ginger |
1 cupwater |
Directions:
1. Cut up Onion and Mushrooms and put a small pot of watter on to boil 2. Put The Ramen into the watter to cook 3. When about half of the watter has boiled away stur in the mushrooms and onion 4. As the last of the water is about to boil away grate ginger to taist into the nudles and give one last good stur. 5. When all of the watter is gone from the bottem of the pot but the nudles are still damp pull the nudles off heat and mix in the plum sause to taist, be forwarned, the plum sause has a strong flavor so you don't need much. 6. Stur the sause till uniform and serve. |
