This was my attempt at duplicating the dressing that you get at Japanese steakhouses. I thought it turned out pretty good. Ingredients:
1/4 cup canola oil |
1/4 cup orange juice |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce |
1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons brown sugar |
1 teaspoon minced ginger |
1 teaspoon bottled garlic |
Directions:
1. Mix together in salad shaker and serve over lettuce and tomatoes. |
