2 2/3 cups chopped nectarine |
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions |
1/4 cup golden raisins |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. |
