2 tbls ginger, minced |
1/4 cup rice vinegar |
1/4 cup light colored sesame oil |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
2 tbls celery, chopped |
2 tsp miso paste |
2 tbls toasted sesame seeds ground (or tahini) |
2 tbls soy sauce |
2 tbls either lemon juice or dry sake |
Directions:
1. Mix in blender or food processor. Goes nicely over mixed greens including shredded cabbage and carrots. |
