This is an easy non-alcoholic beverage to make on a hot summer day. Ingredients:
1 cup water |
1 tablespoon liquid low-calorie sweetener |
1/4 cup chopped mint leaf |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
2 cups orange juice |
1 quart ginger ale |
Directions:
1. Combine water, sugar substitute, and mint in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Strain and cool. 2. At serving time, add lemon and orange juices and ginger ale. Pour over finely crushed ice in tall glasses. |
