Ingredients:
1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger |
2 tablespoons simple syrup (equal amounts sugar and water heated until sugar is dissolved, cool) |
vodka, very cold |
sake, very cold |
crushed ice |
paper thin cucumber slices, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Muddle the ginger and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add the vodka, sake, and crushed ice, to taste, and shake to combine. Strain into a chilled martini glass and serve. |
