Ingredients:
4 cups mango juice, room temperature |
2 cups water |
2 limes, juiced |
2 -inch piece peeled ginger, grated with microplane |
1/2 cup superfine sugar |
Directions:
1. Whisk together all the ingredients in a large baking dish. Freeze overnight until solid. Scrape with fork to serve. |
