Ginger Liqueur - Antilles |

This is a homemade liqueur with undistilled items, so should be consumed fairly quickly. Ingredients:
14 ounces ginger marmalade |
1 -2 pint dark rum |
Directions:
1. Take a 14 oz jar of ginger maramlade, and 1 - 2 pints of dark rum. Start with 1 pint, and see if you would like a more rummy taste. If so, add more rum. 2. Mix well. 3. Let it sit for an hour. Stir. 4. Filter this, first using a sieve over a bowl, and secondly filter it using coffee filters. 5. Pour this into a bottle using a funnel. |
