Ingredients:
9 cups water |
2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice (about 20 limes) |
2 cups superfine sugar |
10 thin slices fresh ginger, peeled |
Directions:
1. In a pitcher, whisk together all the ingredients until the sugar dissolves. Let steep at least 1 hour to bring out the ginger flavor. Serve over ice. |
