Ingredients:
1 (1-inch) piece ginger, peeled and chopped |
1 cup water |
1 cup lime juice (from about 6 limes) |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup ice cubes |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine the ginger, water, lime juice, sugar and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and serve immediately, garnished with a lime wedge. |
