Indian lemonade for Zaar World Tour 8. Ingredients:
4 cups water, divided |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon rock salt, just a teaspoon of salt will work |
2 teaspoons ginger, crushed |
1/2 teaspoon cumin, more if you wish, recipe said 1 teaspoon |
1 cup lemon juice |
mint, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Boil 1 cup water with sugar, rock salt, ginger, and cumin to make a simple syrup. 2. Add remaining water and lemon juice. 3. Chill to ice cold. 4. Pour over ice or blend with ice. |
