A tasty treat, the perfect breakfast companion, or a delightful dessert. You choose! Dressing up yogurt doesn't get much easier than this! Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt |
1/2 inch fresh ginger, finely grated |
4 tablespoons fruit spread, all natural (i use st. dalfour four fruits) |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine and thoroughly mix ingredients into a small bowl with a tight fitting lid. 2. Refrigerate for several hours or over night (optional). 3. If desired, serve with Hippie-Chick Granola or your favorite granola. 4. Enjoy! |
