This a quick fix for leftover pork roast, ham steaks, and chicken. Make extra...it's great on rice! Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup honey |
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, very finely minced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan. 2. Over medium-high heat, bring to a boil; stir constantly. 3. When glaze reaches the boiling point, remove from heat. |
