Made from fresh ginger leaves that were dried. Ingredients:
1/2 cup ginger (ginger leaves, dried and crumbled) |
3/4 cup dried parsley |
2 tablespoons garlic powder |
1 tablespoon ground cumin |
1 tablespoon yellow mustard seeds |
1 tablespoon sea salt |
1 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix crumbled ginger leaves, parsley, garlic powder, cumin, mustard seeds, sea salt and sugar together. 2. To use, wash and dry fish or chicken lightly; rub with vegetable oil; sprinkle with herb mixture. |
