Beautiful, fresh green beans in a ginger sauce. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups fresh green beans, stems removed |
2 tablespoons oil |
1 tablespoon butter |
3/4 cup water |
2 teaspoons soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon grated ginger |
Directions:
1. Saute beans in oil and butter for 5 minutes. 2. Add water, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. 3. Drain, toss with soy sauce and ginger. |
