Ingredients:
1/2 cup minced fresh ginger |
4 ounces apple cider vinegar |
2 ounces sherry vinegar |
2 ounces water |
1 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, bring ingredients to a boil. Stir in sugar and simmer for 20 minutes. Fine-strain into a heatproof jar. Let cool, and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. |
