4 ounces garlic, chopped |
4 ounces fresh gingerroot, chopped |
1 tablespoon olive oil (approximately or as needed) |
1 dash salt |
1 pinch turmeric (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, combine the garlic, ginger, salt and optional pinch turmeric. Pulse to blend, adding small amounts of olive oil to facilitate the blending, until it makes a smooth paste. Refrigerate or freeze. |
