One of my favorites Ingredients:
1 tablespoon canola oil |
2 teaspoons ginger, minced |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
2 teaspoons garlic, minced |
1 lb broccolini |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup mirin (sweet rice wine) |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. 2. Add ginger, pepper and garlic, saute 30 seconds. 3. Add broccolini and salt, saute 2 minutes. 4. Add mirin and water, cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until tender. |
