My brother and I loved this treat as children. It's easy and the ginger adds an interesting flavor.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons finely chopped crystallized ginger
2 bananas
Directions:
1. Combine peaches, orange juice and ginger.
2. Chill two hours to blend flavors.
3. Peel bananas and slice diagonally.
4. Add to peaches.
5. Serve in small dishes garnished with kumquats and mint leaves.
