Taken from a Super Food Ideas magazine. Japanese rice vinegar can be found in Asian grocery stores. Serve this dressing over a green salad. Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons mirin |
1 1/2 tablespoons japanese rice vinegar |
1 cm piece ginger, peeled, grated |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Whisk until well combined. 3. Set aside for 10 minutes. 4. Serve over a green salad. |
