This sauce comes courtesy of Ming Tsai. It's a wonderful dipping sauce for tempura and deep fried vegetables, eggrolls, etc. Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup rice vinegar |
1/4 cup sliced scallion |
1 teaspoon minced ginger |
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
1 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Serve. |
