This Asian-style dip is one of my favorites. Serve with with assorted veggies or shrimp. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
4 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
2 teaspoons grated onions |
1 teaspoon cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons milk |
Directions:
1. ine the mayo, soy sauce, ginger, onion, and vinegar. Add the milk if the dip is too thick. 2. Cover and chill for a least 2 hours. 3. Serve with veggies such as carrot sticks, zucchini sticks, mushrooms, or maybe even shrimp. |
