You can make the icing thicker by making 1/2 again (only if you have a very sweet tooth :-)
Ingredients:
125 g butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 tablespoons golden syrup
1 tablespoon water
2 cups icing sugar
Directions:
1. Mix base together and cook at 180C for 10 mins.
2. While base is cooking heat butter, golden syrup, ginger, and water.
3. Remove from heat and add Icing sugar.
