A variation of the Ginger Crinkle recipe. Found in From Mary Kay's Kitchen . The yield is approximate. Could be more, could be less. Ingredients:
2/3 cup canola oil |
1 cup sugar |
1 large egg |
4 tablespoons molasses |
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 pinch salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon ginger |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients well. 2. Form in very small balls and roll in sugar. 3. Place about 2 1/2 inches apart on cookie sheet. 4. Bake 350- 375° about 8 minutes. 5. They are great to freeze and can be eaten as soon as they are removed from the freezer. |
