4 ounces cream cheese |
1/4 cup unsalted butter |
2 1/4 cups powdered sugar, sifted |
1/4 cup finely chopped crystallized ginger |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, using an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, butter, and salt until creamy. 2. With mixer on low speed, beat in powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time. Increase speed to medium-high and beat until light and fluffy. 3. Add crystallized ginger and ground ginger, beating until well mixed. |
