Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 1/4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 cup finely chopped crystallized ginger
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. In a bowl, using an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, butter, and salt until creamy.
2. With mixer on low speed, beat in powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time. Increase speed to medium-high and beat until light and fluffy.
3. Add crystallized ginger and ground ginger, beating until well mixed.
