Quick and easy. Wonderful for after work.Adapted from the New York Times Chicken Cookbook Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil |
1/2 lb chicken, sliced thinly |
2 tablespoons oyster sauce |
2 inches fresh ginger, cut in matchsticks |
1 teaspoon sugar |
3 green onions, sliced |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in wok. 2. Stir fry chicken briefly. 3. Stir in oyster sauce. 4. Stir in ginger, scallions, sugar and pepper. 5. Cook until chicken is done. |
