Ingredients:
2 quarts chicken stock, preferably home made |
6 chicken legs, deboned |
1 piece ginger, finely diced |
6 cloves finely diced garlic |
2 tablespoons butter (optional) |
1 whole onion, diced |
1 1/2 cups diced mushrooms |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
salt & pepper |
4 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 cup diced scallion |
1/2 cup diced shallot |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
french bread |
Directions:
1. Take the Onion,garlic,scallions,shallots,P lemon juice. 2. Sweat in the butter and olive oil. 3. Place in chicken pieces and stock and bring to a boil. 4. Reduce heat and add salt and pepper. 5. Simmer for 2 hours. 6. Place in bowl over slice of french bread drizzle olive oil and soy sauce. 7. Enjoy! |
