This is VERY good!! Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons paprika |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 lbs chicken, cut up into small pieces |
1/2 cup honey |
1/2 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, salt, paprika, and pepper. 2. Coat chicken lightly. 3. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. 4. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes. 5. Remove from oven and drain. 6. Combine sauce ing. 7. Brush generously on chicken. 8. Reduce oven heat to 325F degrees. 9. Bake another 40 minutes, basting with more sauce occ. |
