Ingredients:
20 medium carrots, scraped and cut into 1/4-inch slices |
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted |
1/2 cup honey |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Cook carrots in a small amount of boiling water 20 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. 2. Combine carrots, butter, honey, salt, cinnamon, and ginger in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring gently, until carrots are well coated and thoroughly heated. |
