A fantastic way to enjoy sweet carrots. Warm, vibrant, and tingling savory tastets make a fantastic side to a rich meat like goose or game. Ingredients:
3 lb baby carrots |
2 tsp brown sugar |
1 tsp msg |
1/2 c butter |
3 tbsp candied ginger, minced |
Directions:
1. Boil the carrots with the sugar and MSG until tender. 2. Drain, and put in a heavy skillet with the butter and ginger. 3. Sautee briefly in the butter 4. Put in th eoven 10 minutes before serving to make sure they are served hot. |
