Ingredients:
2 cups green beans |
1/4 ginger, chopped |
2 tsp. black sesame seeds |
1 tsp. tamari |
1 tsp. umeboshi plum vinegar or rice vinegar |
1 tsp. toasted sesame oil |
1 tsp. flax oil |
Directions:
1. Blanch the beans in salted water for five minutes until they're bright green. Toss in sesame seeds, ginger and dressing and serve. |
