Ingredients:
1 quart water |
1 cup sugar |
1/3 cup grated fresh ginger |
1 1/2 teaspoons grated lime rind |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cover and chill 4 hours. 2. Pour ginger mixture through a wire-mesh strainer into a large pitcher, discarding solids. Serve over crushed ice. |
