When Kimberly Wood needs a surefire thirst-quencher, she turns to this recipe. This refreshing hot-weather drink is a nice change of pace. It's not as sweet as regular sodas, she notes from Caddo Mills, Texas. Ingredients:
1/4 cup thawed apple juice concentrate |
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger |
2 cups chilled club soda |
ice cubes |
Directions:
1. In a pitcher, combine apple juice concentrate and ginger. slowly stir in soda. Serve in chilled glasses over ice. Yield: 2 servings. |
