Cheeseball with ginger Ingredients:
12 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 cup candied ginger, cut up |
1/2 cup crushed almonds |
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese at room temperature with ginger, place on wax paper and shape into ball and refg. for a couple of hours. Then roll in almonds serve with crackers. |
