So Refreshing! This is from Better Homes and Gardens Magazine. You can freeze up to 2 weeks. To serve, let stand at room temp about 20 minutes. Ingredients:
1 cup water |
1/2 cup sugar |
12 ounces ginger ale |
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan combine water and sugar. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in ginger ale. 2. Pour ginger ale mixture into a 2 quart baking dish. Cover and freeze about 6 hours or until completely frozen, stirring after 2 hours. 3. Just before serving, break up mixture with a fork until fluffy. |
