This was used on Down Home with the Neely's on a beef brisket. The meat was 5-6 lbs. and trimmed of fat. Allow meat to marinate overnight before grilling. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups paprika |
3/4 cup sugar |
3 tablespoons onion powder |
3 tablespoons garlic powder |
1 tablespoon black pepper, freshly ground |
1 tablespoon lemon pepper |
1 tablespoon celery salt |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon cayenne |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Store in an air tight container for up to 6 months. |
