This was used on Down Home with the Neely's on a beef brisket. The meat was 5-6 lbs. and trimmed of fat. Allow meat to marinate overnight before grilling.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups paprika
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons onion powder
3 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper, freshly ground
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Store in an air tight container for up to 6 months.
