This Hawaiian drink can be made wherever fresh coconuts are available — often in Latin-American markets and tropical regions of the U.S. Ingredients:
fresh coconut |
2 ounces gin |
2 or 3 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Cut off the top of a fresh coconut and pour 4 ounces of the coconut water into an 8-ounce wineglass. Add the gin and ice cubes and stir. |
