My little girl loves smoothies, and this was her latest concoction....yummo! Ingredients:
4 ounces yogurt (vanilla, strawberry or mixed berry any brand) |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1 cup frozen mixed berries |
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar substitute (splenda) |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse blend until smooth. |
